January 2011 - Two China labs have passed A2LA accreditation
January 2011- We are proud to announce that our two China labs have passed A2LA accreditation and are now ready to offer our customers in China localized A2LA Accredited Calibrations. Micro Precision Calibration has opened lab facilities in Wuxi and Shenzhen to provide top of the line calibration to our customers with facilities in China.
We continue to expand our facilities on a global level to meet our customers needs for localized calibration and repair services. With the opening of our two China Labs we will be able to offer localized support which are focused on the particular needs of our customers China facilities. We have opened two facilities in China in strategic areas to better serve our customers where ever they may be located in China.
We look forward to growing with our customers in China!

Ralph Cabual Receives ASQ-Certified Calibration Technician
Milwaukee, Wl, December 10, 2007 - The Certification Board of the American Society for Quality is pleased to
announce that Ralph Cabual has completed the requirements to be named an ASQ-Certified Calibration Technician
ASQ CCT). As such, Ralph Cabual has reached a significant level of professional recognitionin, indicating a
proficiency in and a comprehension of calibration tools and techniques that support a variety of quality-related
systems and processes. Individuals who earn this certification are allowed to use "ASQ CCT"on their businesscards
and professional correspondence.

TEKTRONIX Product Safety Notice
Tektronix
has recently receieved reports of two incidents of TDS3000B oscilloscopes burning at customer sites. The failed products were produce several years ago. In both cases, the product had a
TDS3BATB Lithuim-Ion battery installed and was connected to main (AC) Power. Tektronix is investigating these failure to determine the root cause and any required corrective action.

With great pleasure, PDMA together with MAI conducted the 3rd PDMAEC 2007- the Philippine Die & Mold Association Machine Tools, Sheet Metals, Metalworking Machinery, Equipment, Tools, Accessories, Hardware and other related Products & Services Exhibition and Conference last August 22-25, 2007 at the World Trade Center Metro Manila, Philippines.
For 2007, PDMAEC was held in conjunction with PHILWELD 2007 (Philippine Welding Equipment Tools and Accessories Exhibition), and SUBMETERSOURCE 2007 (Philippine Manufacturing, subcontracting, Metrology Outsourcing and Engineering Exhibition) last August 22 – 25, 2007 occupying the three (3) Halls of World Trade Center, Metro Manila, Philippines, as our venue.

March 2007:
MPC PHILS JOINED “ADOPT-A-TREE”PROGRAM AND TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY
In celebration of Environmental Month, Calamba Premiere International Park (CPIP) thru the
association of Pollution, Safety and Health Officer’s of the Philippines Inc. (APSHO) held
an “ADOPT-A-TREE” Program and Tree Planting Activity last June 26, 2007. Forty (40) industry
member locators in CPIP joined together with the common goal of adopting environmental management
through eco-industrial development approaches, increasing the company’s resource efficiency and
taking part in minimizing adverse impact to the environment.
Microprecision Calibration Inc. which is a member of this organization together with other companies and ABS-CBS “Bantay Kalikasan” have come together to work for a common objective to adopt sound environmental management practices. MPC Philippines supported and participated this worthwhile activity. MPC adopted ten (10) trees and planted to CPIP vicinity. MPC was represented by Mar S. de Lima, Louela F. Cutillas and Jeffrey D. Dorompili.
March 2007:
Micro Precision Calibration Inc – Enters Semicon China
Steve Joos (MPC World Wide Sales Director) and Ken Ellett II (VP Asian Business Development) made the trip to China for Semicon China which took place the 21st to the 23rd of March 2007. They were joined by James Wu who is our local support in China and his staff.
The show was a great success and there was much interest from many local Chinese as well as Multinational Companies with Chinese facilities.
Ken Ellett commented that “MPC is committed to grow with our customers around the world and China is a very important region for us. Our participation in this show conveyed our commitment to provide localized support to our customers in China as well as to provide the local Chinese Market with world class Calibration and Repair Services”
