QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

JOB Summary:

 

• Works with MPC Corporate Quality Team to implement Global Quality System on local level
• Takes active roll in working with MPC Management team to manage, develop, and improve the QC organization.
• Manages On Line QC System
• Performs Quality audits to insure the integrity of the quality system.

 

JOB Requirement:

• Should be knowledgeable of ISO 9001 – 2000 and ISO 17025 standards
• Should have experience supervising or managing the activities of a quality control department.
• Working knowledge of calibration processes.
• Should have effective oral and written communication skills.
• Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Should be capable of using statistical techniques for analyzing data.
• Should be proficient in data collection, analysis and presentation
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other Quality Assurance discipline. Certified by ASQ (American Society for Quality) preferred.
• 5-7 Years Experience in a Senior Quality Role preferred.
• 3+ years experience in company-wide ISO auditing
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and the Internet. Experience with other LIMS or QA database systems helpful.

CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN

• JOB Summary:

  • Calibrates Analog, Digital and Optical electronics cards, RF Microwave Communication components, SMPS Power units etc
  • Troubleshoots electronics devices but not limited to such as MOSFET, IGBT, DIODES, POWER AMPLIFIERS, PWM, TRANSISTOR etc

  JOB Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With Experience In Instrument Calibration And Testing Of Pressure Instrument, Temperature Instrument, Flow Instrument, Level Instrument & Instrument Gauges And Loop Checking
  • Have high attention to details and Quality
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Willing to work at Batino, Calamba, Laguna
  • Willing to travel

CALIBRATION REPAIR TECHNICIAN

• JOB Summary:

  • Leads in repair of Analog, Digital and Optical electronics cards, RF Microwave Communication components, SMPS Power units etc
  • Troubleshoots boards with skills; Troubleshoots electronic devices but not limited to such as MOSFET, IGBT, DIODES, POWER AMPLIFIERS, PWM, TRANSISTOR etc

  Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Computer
  • Able to understand Detail electronics datasheet
  • Skills in using electronics measurement equipment such as Huntron Tracker, Frequency Counter, Spectrum Analyser, RF measurement meters
  • Practical knowledge of RF Transmission(IDU, ODU)
  • Sound understanding of RF components
  • Soldersdesoldering skills with no solder defects.
  • Work with Sourcing Executive to source all components that are required for repair use.
  • Responsible in upkeep to repair lab including purchasing of consumables (solder tips, IPA, solder flux etc)
  • 3 years hands on in repair of PCB boards
  • Have high attention to details and Quality
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Willing to work at Batino, Calamba, Laguna

CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN (QATAR)

TISSCO, Instrumentation Supplies & Calibration Division, Doha, Qatar

• JOB Summary:

  • Performs electronic and mechanical calibrations and /or repairs on general purpose and/or specialized measuring and test equipment. These calibrations can be bench type or onsite.
  • Responsibility, Accountability and Decision Making on Procedures/ Work Instructions for use on calibration methods
  • Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments,
  • Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks and works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
  • Upon calibration, liaise with Sales Coordinator & sometimes even client to arrange the delivery/pickup of the calibrated instrument
  • Report to Sales & Service Manager, on a daily basis on amount of instruments received, calibration reports, activity reports, capability upgrades required, to suit various customer requirements

  KEY Responsibility:
  He shall be able to perform calibration autonomously in one or more of the following skill areas, as applicable. Upon calibration, a certificate will be generated from existing software.

  • LCR and impedance
  • Oscilloscopes
  • RF/microwave power, frequency, and impedance

  JOB Requirements:

  • Experience in the semiconductor facility with specialization in on-line sustaining, calibration and preventive maintenance of test equipment, hardware (board building/repair) and tape and reel line sustaining.
  • Hands on experience in equipment calibrations including RF/Electrical, Mechanical/Dimensional, Torque/Mass/Pressure and Temperature applications.
  • PC Literate and skilled in handling Windows and MS packages proficiently.
  • Knowledgeable in pneumatics, hydraulic & instrumentation sensors & motor controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, analytical, problem-solving skills, ability to manage & prioritize multiple critical tasks.
  • Exposure & hands-on experience in the field of instrumentation, computer electronics & mechanical repair maintenance.
  • Motivated and fast learner who is effective in organizing & developing efficient solutions.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Willing to work at Doha, Qatar
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
